Over the summer period with hot and humid temperatures (usually 35+) we have had a number of restaurants using Mountain River Venison as a tartare or carpaccio.

Raw Venison dishes is not something that would work all over China but in Shanghai there are always plenty of beef options. We are excited to see that some of the top restaurants in Shanghai now offering New Zealand Mountain River Venison dishes.
