Smokey T's Barbecue joint has become one of the most popular new upbeat restaurants in Christchurch city, selling out most days since opening a permanent outlet down Cashel Street.
Owner/Pitmaster Tristan Anderson is a former executive chef, who managed 32 chefs across several Christchurch restaurants. As he says on his website he’s been grabbed by a "smoke addiction” ....
